As the Cultural Affairs Manager for the City of Oakland, I’m excited to invite you to attend the second round of conversations about the city’s new cultural planning activities. In this round of conversation we will dialogue further about the Creative Sector, Cultural Equity, Creative Work Development. Here are four coming opportunities in different parts of the city.
