NMTCs Boost Antenna for Warfield Commons’ Multitenant Structure, Market Street Business Corridor

The block on which The Warfield sits is ready to add new chapters to the city’s rich music and entertainment legacy, thanks in part to new markets tax credits (NMTCs). That effort is Warfield Commons, a nine-story, mixeduse property that includes an independent media, arts and culture hub on San Francisco’s famed Market Street corridor.
