Our programs and projects are focused on bridging the gap between arts and culture and real estate.
It’s a significant undertaking to take on a real estate project, so we want to make sure that you have access to tools and a framework for thinking about your needs and what you want long-term. Before we can begin, we ask key questions to understand your needs and priorities for when you look for space.
To come to the table ready to engage with CAST, we recommend working closely with partners like Community Vision who offer financial management and real estate guidance to nonprofits and social enterprises to determine those essential needs, especially if you’re a newer organization that’s still figuring out its capacity.
