In their conversation, Tyese explains the work that she does with CAST and Keeping Space – Oakland, a technical and financial assistance initiative she runs within the organization.

Art Practical is a San Francisco-based arts media organization that develops trustworthy and accessible critical discourse for the West Coast. We support artists and writers by amplifying diverse regional voices. Our initiatives include text, visual, and audio publishing, educational programs, and public events.
